General Information for New Townhome Owner/Residents
As of September 2021
New owners and residents are required to register with the Suncrest Village HOA office upon move–in. Please call 304–598–5815, Monday–Friday, during regular office hours to schedule an appointment.

• 9am–6pm, Monday – Friday
• Noon – 4pm, Saturday (for mail pick–up only)
Electric: To activate new service, contact Mon Power at 1–800–686–0022. Currently, the service is either listed under the name of the previous homeowner or resident. Have the electric put in your name on move–in day or at closing (for homeowners). The new service address is: Your name – Your house number and street name – Morgantown, WV 26505
Cable: to contact the local cable service provider, call Xfinity/Comcast at 1–800–391–3000 or visit xfinity.com. Other service options are available; however, if you are considering satellite service and wish to have a dish installed, you must have written permission from the Suncrest Village HOA in advance.
Garbage: Townhome owners/residents have an option to either use the compactor at the mail center (included in HOA fees) or to use a private company to pick up trash and recycling at the residence (additional costs apply for this option). Currently, Republic Services is the most popular service provider in our community. Contact information at https://www.republicservices.com/. No garbage may be stored on the decks or the front landing. Water: To arrange service for water, call the Morgantown Utility Board at (304) 292–8443 or visit https://mub.org/.
Move–in/out: Contact our office for information regarding oversized delivery trucks.
Gate devices: Gate devices have been assigned to each unit at Suncrest Village. In order for devices to be activated and for your name to be added to our entry directory, residents are required to register their vehicles in person at our office.
Mail: USPS packages, shipped via regular mail, that are too large for you mail box will be delivered to the main office. As of April 5, 2022, the USPS will NOT place a package notification slip in your mailbox when a package is delivered to our office. To retrieve packages from our office, residents must be registered with our office. Photo ID may be required.
